Phone line has been cut by accident whilst our flooring was being done/carpet removed. Can't get through on my mobile to virgin. Looking for a way to resolve this as soon as possible as I am still paying for this service.
I thought I would need a technician to resolve it but I was hold for 30 mins calling from my mobile. Virgin's live chat is just a robot, is there another way for me to get in touch? Thanks for your responses btw, much appreciated
