Another landline down after a very short power blip early on Saturday morning. No Virgin appointment for an engineer until Wednesday evening. I am tired of the problems with Virgin. I have tried all the solutions suggested. I have no dialling tone therefore cannot dial out and no received calls - tone continually engaged. Do expect a better service than this.

We are so sorry that you have had to wait until Wednesday for your appointment. We always try to arrange the soonest appointment possible for a customer but there can sometimes be a wait for this.
If an engineer is arranged then it would suggest that the engineer is the only way we can get this resolved for you. At the appointment they will be able to investigate further.
If we are able to arrange a sooner appointment then we will text you to offer this.
