My phone line has not been working for over a week now! Attempts to make phone calls have been unsuccessful, the automated system is not helpful. Every day it says someone is looking at the issue and fixing the problem and should be resolved by 4 p.m. The amount of time and expense trying to get this problem resolved is not what I expect for good customer service. When you pay for a service you expect to get a service. I now have to resort to leaving this message here to see if someone will respond. Virgin I am awaiting contact from you.
