Phone line down & broadband

Hello Sir / Madam, 

I am a virgin customer, I have had no service since friday night, no phone line or broadband yet I'm paying for this service I have ran the checks online to check the status and it reply saying "service is good" well your status checking is wrong because I've had no service at all during this weekend. There is no one in the office to help me out either at this point I'm looking to leave virgin if this don't get sorted out as my neighbours have all services working. Is there any help that virgin customers can get?
