My phone line has gone down for the 3rd time in one month. I can’t get hold of anyone to get an engineer out. Been waiting on the phone for 1hour and was cut off. it’s a very frustrating Situation and makes it worse when you can’t get hold of anyone. please help me understand why this keeps happening and how to fix it.
The phone line has been down for 3 weeks now. I had an appointment book for Saturday gone and it was cancelled by virgin and then I had to rebook yesterday. Honestly you would think virgin would know what they are doing by now.
