Phone line doesn’t work

Hi, my landline  was working when I originally set up with Virgin. 

Now there is no dialling tone. Cordless phones are new and keeps telling me to check the phone line. 

Tried cable into router, and all wall phone line, but no luck. Router also has red light. 
Rebootedhub, and service in the area is fine. 

any advice please?

Is it a hub3? Are you in modem mode?
