Have I missed something?
I was sent a connection to use to plug into the router for our home telephone but told not to switch over until informed to do so.
I’ve not had anything else since and today our telephone line has gone completely dead.
Should I now plug the adapter in to the router and use the phone this way? I’m so confused!! 😐

I'm sorry to hear that the line is not working.
Please try plug in the adapter, reboot the broadband hub and see if it works.
It may be that you have been switched over already.

You may have well be switched over. No harm on trying the phone with the adapter into Tel port 1
