Landlines in my area are dead yet again ... we have a community whatsapp and quite a number of people were having problems yesterday. I did spend over an hour getting through to your helpline yesterday and they promised to log the fault. Despite this, my phone line is still dead and your service status says there are no faults in our area. Please would you check that this fault has been logged and that there is a plan to address the issue.
FWIW: I've done all the usual stuff about checking phones, wiring, running your self-tests etc.. Also, phone lines going dead has been an on-going issue for us over the past few years and invariably has you sending an engineer out to the exchange .
