Phone line constantly engaged

Home phone is constantly engaged if trying to call it. 

Has no dial tone. Checked service status qnd it is telling me there is no fault. 

Not sure if its anything to do with it but city fibre are working in my street at moment 🤔  not sure if they have possibly caused a fault when digging up street. Need this sorted as soon as possible so any help would be appreciated

I have checked our system for any local issues and I can see that there is an active local fault that is impacting your landline services. The Fault number is F010165294 and the current estimated fix time is showing as today 07/10/22 at 4pm. Please keep an eye on your connection this afternoon and let us know how you get on after this time.
