Phone line broken again (GU31)

My landline has stopped working again. The symptoms are identical to the last time this happened, i.e. every number I ring is engaged and anyone calling me gets disconnected when I answer.

This has been happening since at least yesterday. For the record, I'll log this as being reported on 10 Jun 2023 at 09:15. Hopefully someone remembers how to fix this and it won't take 8 weeks this time.

Thank you for your post. We are sorry to hear the issue has returned to your Landline service. 

I am happy to take a look into this for you and work to have the previous solution done again.
