Phone line adapter required

I have a similar Issue is it possible to just buy a new one from a shop somewhere? I have spent a whole day on the "livechat" but people are slow and useless. I am reaching the end of my tether. I pay for a phone that I cannot use!

Sorry to hear you don't have the adapter, I'll need to arrange for the area manager to drop one off for you.
