Phone isn't working, cannot receive calls in or out. reset everything not working.
My phone is connected via the hub and it worked on the first day but I have been getting information from people saying I never pick up. I rang my landline number from my mobile and it rang out.
please can you investigate and help me fix this?
Thanks for posting, I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your landline service. Can I ask if you are having any problems with the broadband service at all?
Have you also tried using a different handset to see if you still have the same issue? It's always best to check if you can, so we can be certain that it's an issue with the line itself.
