Have you received your adapter and is your phone close to the hub so can be easily re-located? If not, then we'll need to reschedule it.

I have not received my adaptor yet , but I shall not be around for a few weeks after the change over date , can I install on my return home at a later date

Sure 😊 The switchover will still take place on the specified date. Once you are back home you can then plug in the adapter and the service will be ready for you to use.
