I have been notified twice that an adaptor has been sent out to me ( replied "RESEND" to original communication) but have still not received one. Changeover taking place 16th January.
Please can you help.

I'm very sorry to hear you're waiting on the delivery of an adapter. When did you last discuss this with the team? Did they confirm to you when one had been dispatched?
Thank you. If one was sent on Monday for you then it should be with you within the following 5 working days.
If it still hasn't reached you by January 16th then please let us know and we can go from there.
