Phone error message

I cannot use my phone. I am receiving the message Line cord error. I have checked the connections and they are fine. Any suggestions?

Hi I have been in contact with BT and they are going to sort out the problem with Openreach. They will call me back on Friday between 1pm- 3pm to confirm that it is sorted. I will let you know then, so that the number can be transferred. Thank you for your help

Hi, I have heard from BT today and everything is sorted their end. They have said Virgin are able to transport my phone number within the next 24 hours. Hope you are able to do that for me. Thank you for your help.

Ok @Bryan-Bell that sounds like they have cleared the error but it will take up to 10 days for the number to be transferred over due to the number porting process and lead times.

 

I can get this raised for you but we need to pass account security, so that we can pass account security and get this raised for you.
