Hi I have been in contact with BT and they are going to sort out the problem with Openreach. They will call me back on Friday between 1pm- 3pm to confirm that it is sorted. I will let you know then, so that the number can be transferred. Thank you for your help
Hi, I have heard from BT today and everything is sorted their end. They have said Virgin are able to transport my phone number within the next 24 hours. Hope you are able to do that for me. Thank you for your help.
