Phone engineer hasn't turned up

I was due an engineer visit today between 12 and 4pm to investigate a dead line ( no dial tone). He hasn't turned up.

Does anybody know how I can contact a human at Virgin Media to ask why/rearrange?

The initial call to get the engineer took over an hour to complete after a long wait, several remote 'diagnostic' checks and a world tour ending with a difficult conversation with an oriental woman whose English was not good.

Don't want to go that route again !

I would say this is still booked in for you 

The engineer may just be running late from a previous Job

If it was cancelled for any reason you would get a call or text 

You can check your online account for the appointment
