I am hoping that someone from Virgin is on here. My 89 year old Mother in Laws phone is down, just a buzzing sound. We cannot dial out and any one dealing in just gets ring tone and it rings out. This is a vulnerable customer who relies on the phone in case she needs help. I have tried to call to report it to no avail and I cannot log in to her account as she is a bit vague about passwords is there any way to get this reported as a defect please.
