I switched from Talk Weekends to Talk Anytime then changed my mind, but virgin has disconnected my phone entirely. I re-ordered Talk Weekends in my account, but they've emailed me asking me to ring them. When I do, I get a message that the call centres have been closed. I can't get through on email or any other means. What am I supposed to do? A few days ago they texted me and asked me to fill in a form but as I don't have a Smart phone, it didn't appear as a form.
I am 71, self isolating and my mobile is Pay as you go, so cannot hold on for hours if I ever do get through to Virgin. If my credit runs out, I have no means of getting assistance if I need it.
This is a highly irresponsible way of dealing with a vulnerable customer.
