Land LIne is dead, and Broadband intermittent. I have reset router, plugged phone in direct to socket. After VM conformed there was a fault I Booked engineer appointment, and it offered a date and time, and then said, sorry not available, and so I tried a variety of dates but none available at all. Put through to human help but gave up after half and hour of truly dreaful music, tried again and still waiting for person after another 20 minutes.. The online help is not helpful
My wife is vunerable and the phone is connected to an autodialler physical home helpline for when she falls over. If its not working she could have serious problems. So how can I get help?
