Phone connection

I have just installed the new Hub 4. The telephone connector does not fit properly. Where can I get another?

Are you a new customer or an existing customer? Do you already have a Virgin Media home phone line?

OK then. When you swap your Hub you don't need to change your phone service unless you're specifically told to do separately to the setup guide.

You can keep using your existing phone connection.

I am aware that the guide may be a little confusing in that respect.
