Phone now connected through hun, this affects WiFi, don’t know if this is normal? Also why is line rental still showing on bill ? Any answers greatly appreciated ta

Phone through hub does not affect WiFi.
Line rental is the cost virgin charge to give you a landline

Thanks just querying but since phone connected through hub, WiFi connection keeps cutting off randomly. Can’t even phone as they tell you to switch broadband off so then phone cuts off, great service!!

In what way is the wi-fi being affected?
The landline rental is payment for receiving VM's landline phone service (rather than for the piece of copper phone cable linking your house to the street cabinet). You will still receive the same phone service just delivered by a different means.
