My phone recently stopped working and after some detective work, I found the cables were hanging out of the exterior phone box. I contacted Virgin and arranged for an engineer to come and fix the phone, but they never showed up.
Since then, we've had some work done to the outside of the house and I need the phone cable moving. How do I go about contacting Virgin, I don't seem to be able to get anyone on the phone and their website just sends you in circles.
I am more than happy to take a look at this and arrange relocation
