Re: Phone and text message records

Hello

Any call or text message that is chargeable is shown on the customer bills which can be viewed by the customer for upto 12 months from date of issue, for example my bill go a far back as December 2019. Calls tend to be listed only if they are above a call limit of 50p by default.

All the bills will show is the number for both the call or the text message and for calls will show how much the call cost and length of call.

Text message costs will show the number and the cost.

Call costs will show the number, how the long call is and how much the call costs.

No other information is directly available to the customer but may be available with with either a Subject Access Request or a court order.

Regards Mike
