We’ve moved into an area where the phone has to connect into the router. We’ve been told we need a phone adapter but the promised one from Virgin Media hasn’t arrived and I can’t get through to Customer Services. Is there another way to get one?

We'll need to pass security and then email the area field manager to have an engineer drop one off for you as these can't be delivered over quickstart without the full set up being sent.
