Phone adapter for hub after change to broadband phone

Hello

I got the text about my phone connection changing to connecting through the hub and I followed the link to order the adapter. Have heard nothing since.

Also the text said it would be 20 August for the changeover date. If I go through the ordering process again it says 10 Novembet.

So my questions are a) Is my adapter being or been sent ? and b) When is my changeover date ?
