Hi, I can no longer make phone calls, all I get is a automated message saying Welcome to Virgin Media.
I don’t remember getting anything with a fibre switchover date. I currently have a Super hub 2 but I do have a Hub 3 which was sent out with my V6 box a few years ago. Will I be able to use it? If so can the Forum team activate it or do I need to call VM?
