Phone NOT working--AGAIN!! (Monday 18th January 2021)
Same as a week ago-then it was dead -for 5 days. When the engineers arrived(last Wednesday) he declared ''it was a problem in the local area.''.. When I asked why the internet 'service outage/check-Virgin page' kept saying- ''no probs. in your area'.. He stated that that system is not updated. What a pathetic service from Virgin. And to compound their incompetence-they ask to ''phone in to report the problem- with NO phone working.''.-.Duh, seriously?! (by the way I do NOT have a mobile phone)
