My phone line has been dead since this morning. I'm unable to make any calls out and have no dial tone. Incoming calls receive a busy tone and can't get through. Checking the virgin website it says there are no known faults in my area but if I attempt to run a test it hangs at 99% and doesn't complete.
I'd appreciate if someone could take a look at this and find out what the issue is.
I have the same problem as Dru, phone line engaged if I try to ring it and no dial tone if I try to ring out. First noticed this last night and still not working today. Tried to run the test several times and it keeps sticking at 99%.
Is this a known problem in my area as well, GL2 4NW, as the service status shows no problems?
