Phone Line Not Working

My phone line has no dial tone for the past 3 days. I can see many are experiencing the same issues.

This is shocking!

Hello Brobirmingham, thanks for your post on our help forum.

We're sorry to hear of the landline issues you're facing, could you please advise if your line connects via the hub or wall phone socket currently?
Also, have you checked on our service status page for area faults that may be affecting your line?
Have you tested other sockets/ports and different handsets to see if the issue is on the device or the line itself?

Yes, I tried another wall socket and the phone line is still dead.

It’s been happening like this for a considerable amount of time.

Yes, and it’s still not working!

This is ridiculous, none of these things work that you're suggesting we have a fault with our phone lines and your customer service is appalling!

Good luck.  I have had this for 3 months and still no further ahead!

How can their customer service be sooo bad?!
