Phone Line Not Working - But not yet received an adaptor

I've not been sent a text yet to say an adaptor is on its way, but I was warned one would arrive in December. Nothing has. 

My phone line is now not working, and hasn't been for a while days. 

What can I do please?

Thank you for your post, welcome to the Community Forums and a Happy New Year!

We're sorry to hear you did not receive your adapter from us in December. 

As it stands, with immediate effect, there is a pause on all Digital Voice Switchover (DVSOT) migrations until further notice. This means that we will not be conducting any migration-related activities unless instructed otherwise. This announcement has also impacted other telecommunications providers and doesn’t just affect Virgin Media O2. 

If your existing landline service is no longer working for you, this will likely be due to fault. I'll pop you over a private message so I can take your details and look into this with you.
