Phone Line Down

I have been a new customer with Virgin Media for 2 months now and already my new phone line has gone down and it's been down for over 3 days and counting. I can't even get any update from Virgin Customer Services or Virgin Media Support on the phone as they simply keep passing between different departments and then ask me to hold for 30-40 mins while they look into, and no one picks up again. This is shocking level of service, am just unlucky or has anyone else experienced simpler issues when trying to get assistance from Virgin Media.

I have now registered a compliant, not sure what else to do

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, we are sorry to hear your phoneline hasn't been working for a few days and that you haven't been able to get any updates.

 

Is there any issues showing on  Service Status which may be causing this, have you checked the line with another handset and making sure nothing else is attached to the line?

 

What is actually happening, is it a totally dead line?

The line is dead no dial tone and no calls in or out.

Thank you Sid, have you been able to try a different phone preferably a standard handset just to rule this out?

Yes I have tried another phone, it's an issue with the line.
