Hi. My changeover date was Nov10th. At that point line was dead. Put the adaptor in place and line still dead. Been like it for nearly a week. Just tried switching back and still dead. I can't find original letter so do you have a link where I can check my postcode changeover?

I am sorry to hear of the phone line not working - just to confirm you are connected to one of the PHONE ports on the router? Not the Ethernet port?

Well I never! The picture on the card that was sent clearly showed the Yellow port at the top of the router. All running now. Thanks
