Phone Fault

My phone line has had a fault for 3 weeks. I've reported it 3 times now and still it hasn't been fixed. TV and broadband fine but there is a fault on the phone line. Can somebody get this sorted for me on here please. Im getting exasperated now trying to get through to Virgin support. They are a waste of time.
