Phone Charges to resolve a fault

I have around £20 of call charges to Virgin Media : 0345 454 1111

This was to resolve an IT error on my account which was resolved after many hours on hold.

Neither the error on my account or the many hours on hold were my fault.

I am getting mixed information regarding the charge being credited.   Please help.
