Hi I have plugged my adaptor in and reconnected the exact same cable from my phone as I was using before and it isnt working. Does anyone have any suggestions? this is very frustrating.

We're sorry to hear your line is not working after you've connected your phone to the back of your hub using our adaptor, we'd love to help with this.
Please use this link here to check the correct setup and let us know if you get a dial tone before calling out and if you can make or receive any calls?
Could you kindly advise what date we've confirmed the switchover in your are would take effect on our previous communications?
Lastly, does the phone lead connect to the back of the hub without the adaptor we sent and does the line work in this case?
