Phantom calls.

I have just looked at my bill and there are around 15 pounds of calls from my landline. I do not have a phone attached to the landline and have not for a number of years.  

Unless the cats have hidden a phone and plug it in when I'm at work there is no way I am making these calls.

How can I resolve this situation?
