Phantom call to landline

I’ve recently changed my landline to connect to the Hub5 . Everything is ok in terms of making and receiving calls. However I’m getting a notify on my landline (Gigaset AL415A) that I’ve received a call. The phone doesn’t ring out but the light flashes on the handset. Checking the last number on the handset it says ‘Unknown’ rather than an actual number or ‘Witheld’. If I dial 1471 I get the previous call that actually rang out and not this phantom one. 
The flashing light eventually stops which doesn’t happen with a genuine call. 
This happens several times during the day and night. It did not happen when I used to plug into the old phone socket (which no longer works). 
Has anyone experienced anything similar? Don’t think it’s the phone as it’s only started happening since connected to the hub.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the landline since connecting it to the Hub 5. 

When this issue occurs, do you reboot the Hub at all? If so, does the notification disappear? Have you check another handset to see if this still happens? 

Let us know and we will do all we can to help. 




Rebooting does not resolve the issue . I will try connecting another phone and monitor this evening and tomorrow.
