Today i called Virgin Media and got discount on my account. When I received the email I checked the contract. I have permanent line block on it also with Talk more anytime. Can someone please tell me what the PERMANENT LINE BLOCK is please.

Hi Martin no I never asked for it. But they updated my contract. Now my phone line isn’t working. They took it off my account. I asked why was it put on when I never asked. Now I have engineer coming.

Well the phone isn’t working. Have dialling tone and can’t call out. No one can call. Going on holiday so engineer coming on 19th.

I also have just seen "permanent line block" on my VM contract. Please verify this?
