Paying phone rental yearly

I have been trying to pay renew my yearly phone line rental but cannot get any reply to messages, customer service can never get through. Any ideas please

There is no yearly line rental option. The Line Rental Saver deal has finished.

All payment for services is monthly based on your bill.
