Parents landline not working

I am posting this on behalf of my 91 and 87 year old in-laws. There landline has not been working for a week. Engineer turned up yesterday and could not fix, was to report back. No update so have been on phone for an hour just to be told a new ticket has been raised.

Was connected to offshore call centre and went thru several agents, here are my observations;

 

On each occasion I had to repeat the problem, give security details etc.

Can you please supply all your call centre agents with noise cancelling equipment so it is easier to hear what they are saying.

My 91 and 87 year old in-laws have been without a phone for a week, phone already connect to hub. Engineer replaced Hub yesterday, still an issue
