Parents in their 80’s & line down how do I report it? URGENTLY

My parents line and broadband cable is down how do I get help we are in lockdown and they need to be able to contact outside world. Help please urgent!

Hi Tika, 

The best way to get this sorted would be to text the team on 07533051809. 

They will then be able to arrange for an engineer to take a look.

Zoe thank you so much the engineers have been and will repair the cable tomorrow so very grateful for your help. Excellent service from Virgin Media thank you team it’s such a relief!
