Package switchover, and now my home alarm doesn't work!

Hello! I recently changed my wifi package with Virgin, and did not realise that my landline would get turned off. Now my home alarm won't set! Is there any way to get the landline turned on just for the alarm - I have no intention of using it for calls. 

Any advice would be appreciated!

Just to confirm when you changed the package did you ask for the landline to be removed? For changes to your package you would need to contact the team over the phone on 0345 454 1111 so that they could look into this for you as unfortunately we don't deal/handle package changes on the forums.
