I've just seen our first bill after the house phone has been switched from previous provider. We renewed our contract (ultimate Oomph bundle) and we should be getting the Talk Anytime service. Unfortunately the house phone has been put onto Talk Weekends and so we are paying more than the monthly fee that was renegotiated. How can we get this put back to the original service without renewing contract again?
dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre
