PLUGGING LANDLINE INTO HUB

I currently have my landline plugged into a telephone socket and the cable is damaged.  Am I able to plug the landline into my Hub 3?  If so, do I need an adaptor? Does it matter which telephone handset I am using?

Re: PLUGGING LANDLINE INTO HUB

No. Your situation will treated as a normal fault by VM. When you say cable I take it you mean the telephone circuit cable and not the phone cable itself. The use of the Hub is reserved for new connections and for a small number of customers who are being transitioned in a phased program. All will be moved over by 2025

For your interest - same phone, will need an adaptor.

No, I still have service at the moment.  Can I log this as a request for when 'things are back to normal' ?

Re: PLUGGING LANDLINE INTO HUB

No. VM are running a phased transition programme. When it's your turn you will get a letter. None of us have details of how the programme works.

Re: PLUGGING LANDLINE INTO HUB

Yes you can do this as a request.

If I've helped in any way, please give me Kudos and mark my response as a helpful answer!

Fancy £50 off your bill? Ask me how and you might just get it!

I am a Service Field Technician at Virgin. However, all responses on here are based on my experiences in the field alone and my own equipment at home and should be taken as such.
