PHONE

no phone since early this morning in CA2 area of Carlisle   -  no dialing tone  -  dead   -   anyone else affected?

Really sorry about the phone issues you've had over the weekend. 

I can appreciate you posted this on Sunday so can I ask if it's been sorted for you since? 

If not then do you have another handset you can check? 

Also you can check for any known area issues here

Emma,

First thing I do is check my phone equipment is not faulty   -   sadly, after three days, the line is still dead   -  I have an engineer booked for Friday.

As I'm sure you're aware, even when there are actual problems, including total outages  in an area, the website will still state "no known issues in your area".

Thanks for coming back to us voyager2139, lets hope that the engineer can fix the problem on Friday.

 

I will pass on your feedback about our service status page not having all the up to date information.
