NO PHONE LINE SERVICE SINCE 18TH SEPTEMBER, ENGINEER CAME TO CHECK INDOORS, HE SAID IT WAS THE CABLE FAULT OUTSIDE THE HOUSE, THEY CAME TO LAY NEW CABLE OUTSIDE BUT NEEDS TO BE RECONNECTED INTO THE HOUSE, NOT SEEN A VIRGIN MEDIA ENGINEER SINCE THEN, NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND WERE STILL EXPECTED TO PAY THE USUAL AMOUNT FOR THE MONTH. I WAS TOLD AN APPOINTMENT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN UNTIL 22ND OCTOBER WHICH IS TODAY AND STILL NO SIGN OF A VIRGIN ENGINEER.NOW REALLY LOSING MY COOL. I WON'T BE SO POLITE NEXT TIME.
