Morning… I have received an email from Virgin, we had to leave as they couldn’t provide broadband in our new house… I have now found the router we were using at our previous address however it doesn’t match their serial number? Also I’m not sure what the VOIP thing is, we were never given any back up item? I have found one white booster plug but I’m not sure what the other looks like and again don’t recall getting any other items. We have had two house moves and remained with Virgin throughout until recently so all equipment we had was used - can anyone help?
