Our home phone has been cut off from the landline. Checking the phone, it is working but no dial tone.

The landline has been cut off and it is more than difficult to get in contact with Virgin Media!!

Sorry to hear that this has happened, can you confirm are your other services working or have they gone down at the same time? You may want to check our service checker here to see if you are affected by any outages.
