Good Afternoon.
My original landline number was disconnected by mistake by VM as there were some communication issues when my connection went fully digital.
I had to take out a new landline with a new number to get my phone services restored, but was assured that this was a temporary measure & that once I have an active landline my original number could be transferred back.
The new landline was activated & I called VM the same day to get the original number back. The agent said this will take 5-7 working days. 7 working days have passed & the original number has still not been restored. I called VM again but this time the agent has told me that he's getting some sort of error when he tries to process it & there's nothing further that can be done.
Can anyone help? We've had the original number for over 40 years!
