I have just filled out the online complaint form but upon submitting it it just went back to the cleared form so I have no idea if it's been submitted or not - I'm loath to put another one in in case they turn round and dismiss it (expecting them to anyway!!!) and I am too angry with them to phone at the moment, haven't had an email in an hour to say it's been submitted so what are my options??
